Hybrid coaching gives you the best of both worlds — face-to-face coaching combined with structured programming, support, and accountability so you actually make progress.

​

This isn’t just a workout plan.
 

It’s coaching, guidance, and support every step of the way.

What you get:

2x Personal Training sessions per month

We’ll meet in person twice each month to:

​

  • Check over and perfect your technique

  • Go over any movements you don't feel confident with 

  • Push intensity safely, giving goals to go away and work on until our next session

  • Track your progress

  • Make adjustments to your training

 

These sessions ensure you’re training effectively and progressing properly. They also keep you consistent and accountable for the rest of the month, knowing that we have our sessions booked in.

If you are not local to Essex, these can be done via video consultation.

Monthly Training Programme

Every month you’ll receive access to the updated FAST programme, which can be

tailored to your goals, ability, and progress.

​

Your programme will include:

  • Structured workouts

  • Exercise guidance

  • Coaching notes

  • 10 new sessions every month to save you from getting bored

  • Variety of workouts, for every situation 

​

So you always know exactly what you should be doing in the gym.

Progression Focused Coaching, with Monthly Check-Ins

Your coach will actively push you to improve.

 

Once a month we’ll meet to review your progress together.

You'll also get:

  • Encouragement when you need it

  • Challenges when you're ready

  • Progressions when you're capable

  • Strength improvements

  • Body composition changes

  • Training consistency

  • Next steps toward your goal

 

Then we adjust your plan so you keep moving forward.
